The national children's-health center: in 2023 it merged its infant and adolescent mental-health clinics into one Kokoro department, national-center-grade child psychiatry, and southwestern Tokyo's doorway to it. It has no psychiatric ward and does not handle psychiatric emergencies such as suicide attempts.
