First visits: in principle ages 0 to under 18 (until the summer break of the 3rd year of high school). Specialties include ASD, ADHD and school refusal / hikikomori. Appointment only with a medical institution's referral; the child must attend the first visit. If the child cannot come, family consultation is self-pay. It does not take patients with anorexia, agitation with violence, or a risk of suicide or self-harm.
