First visits can be made with or without a booking, and a referral letter is not required (a booking for a day can be made if you wish; on the day, the first visit may be moved to the afternoon or another day). The hospital's outreach team SROT (Seiwa Recovery-oriented Outreach Team) runs around the clock, 365 days a year, visiting people where they live and supporting both the person and their family.
