A Morioka psychiatric hospital. Since October 2020 it has run NAT, a gaming-disorder program (mainly inpatient), and it also focuses on children and teens with developmental disorders or trauma. First visits by phone booking; for minors or students, family calls. Requests for developmental diagnosis or testing only may be declined.
