The psychiatry department of the JA Hokkaido Koseiren general hospital. It sees everyday worries such as insomnia through to depression, schizophrenia, panic disorder, dementia and alcohol-related disorders. New patients by appointment only, up to 2 a day. Under-18s (incl. high-school students) must come with a parent or approved adult.
