The lab of Prof. Kato Takahiro, who founded the world's first hikikomori specialty clinic (2013, Kyushu University Hospital), now running on two bases after his April 2025 move to Hokkaido University. Its website offers the online 5-step family education program, self-check tools (HQ-25M, HiDE), and online seminars, Japan's most systematized medical-grade starting point, built on the premise that the family becomes the first supporter.
